Justin Allgaier moved into a tie for sixth on the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series wins list with his victory in the NFPA 200 at Martinsville Speedway on Saturday (March 28) afternoon.
Allgaier tied Jack Ingram with 31 career NOAPS wins as he led a race-high 114 of 250 laps and won stage one on the way to his second straight victory and third in the last four races.
“We have fired off 2026 better than I could have ever imagined,” Allgaier told The CW post-race. “So proud of the cars we’ve brought to the race track.”
Corey Day finished second and extended his top-10 streak to six straight races after a crash in the season-opener at Daytona International Speedway. Sammy Smith finished third, followed by Sheldon Creed and Lee Pulliam, who rounded out the top five.
Austin Hill, who won stage two, finished sixth, followed by Dean Thompson. Ross Chastain started at the rear of the field following unapproved adjustments but ended up eighth. Ryan Sieg and Brent Crews completed the top 10.
Pulliam led 40 laps in his series debut and restarted on the front row with 16 to go. But a missed shift on that restart set off a massive crash behind him, collecting Carson Kvapil, Harrison Burton, Brandon Jones, Sam Mayer and Austin Green, among others.
The incident completely blocked the track, brought out the red flag and officially involved 19 cars.
“I’d just like to apologize to everybody we tore up there, I just couldn’t get going with the older tires there,” Pulliam said on pit road to The CW post-race. “It’s just a little bit of inexperience but just so thankful to be here and do this.”
Allgaier held on to the lead after the final restart with 5 laps to go and took the checkered flag to extend his lead in the standings up to 92 points over Jesse Love.

Why doesn’t Parker “I hate Corey Day, he sucks ” Kligerman get in a car and show Corey how it’s done? Oh wait, he has been fired from every single car he has ever been in and can’t even buy a ride. So Parker, tell us again which one of you sucks.
If Natalie Decker had done what lee pulliam did we would never here the end of it.
