Derek Kneeland will drive the No. 28 for Pinnacle Racing Group in the ARCA Menards Series East race at Hickory Motor Speedway, the team announced March 3.
The race is Kneeland’s ARCA debut.
Kneeland will be a teammate to Tristan McKee, Pinnacle’s full-time driver in the series this season.

The second race of both the ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series West seasons — and both series’ lone combination race of 2026 — takes place at Phoenix Raceway this weekend with the General Tire 150. According to Pinnacle’s website, Carson Brown will drive the No. 28 for the rest of the 2026 East season.
Kneeland has previously worked as a spotter for Pinnacle in ARCA. He also currently serves as a spotter for Richard Childress Racing in NASCAR.
